Proof of insurance is provided to the State’s Attorney’s Office.

You can contact the State’s Attorney’s Office to discuss how to send your proof of insurance to them at 618-548-3860.

Were you given more than one ticket?

If you were given more than one ticket during your traffic stop, you may not be able to pay your ticket before coming to court even if your ticket is marked “No Court Appearance Required”.

If you received more than one ticket please call the Circuit Clerk’s Office at 618-548-3856 to confirm if a court appearance is required.
