Due to a shortage of certified court reporters, there are certain court events where a court-provided court reporter is not available in Marion county. Unless otherwise approved through the Chief Judge’s Office, the following schedule reflects when a court reporter may be available for certain court events.
If you have a hearing scheduled on a day when no court-provided court reporter is available, you may need to bring your own certified court reporter. If you bring your own court reporter, you will be responsible for the costs of the same.
